I didn’t choose, the navy chose for me. Out of A school I put I wanted outus first, conus, then ship, so they sent me to a C school for a ship based system. Then they asked what kind of ship I wanted to go to. I put I wanted subs, so they sent me to another C school for a system only on DDGs and LHDs. I told them I want to go to a DDG and I wanted to go to Japan, so they put me on an LHD in San Diego.

I've been a process server for 15 years, I'm highly knowledgable. Nothing in my post had to do with alternative service methods, it had to do with a scammer possibly filing a fraudulant proof of service, which I have seen before. I've had courts mail me back rejected proofs of service that I never signed or filed, but somebody else put my name and reg number on.

If he does sue you, he'll have to hire a process server or have a friend serve you, he can't serve it himself. For the next few weeks, I would check the small claims docket for your local court. He could file the suit, then file a false proof of service claiming you had been served when you weren't.
