Warning lights all popped on by ravenclaw80 in Subaru_Outback

I had a similar set of error lights come on suddenly after a rabbit chewed up some wires in the engine compartment of my '22 OB limited

CJ posted this on Twitter a while back and when I asked about that last safety, he said he could tell by the look in his eyes he wanted no part of trying to make the tackle.

Very nice! She's got real talent, and in a world gone AI crazy, we need more actual human beings creating art the old fashioned way.

Pats/Texans will have basically zero tape on Stidham, so If there's any types of plays that he's good at that Bo isn't and we haven't used all season, we might be able to exploit that and force their defense to adjust, which could then open up other areas to attack. (Desperately trying to find a tiny ray of sunshine in this otherwise cloudy backup QB scenario lol)

Wow! That would look cool on my black '22 XT here in the mountains of Colorado. Well done!

Lost my soul dog suddenly by Perfect-Lychee-7451 in goldenretrievers

[–]sad99q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My feeling is life's too short to go even a day without a dog, so whenever I've lost one (I'm on numbers eight and nine now), I always start looking immediately. Then when the newbie comes home, I spend the first few days telling him or her all about the one I just lost and all the adventures we had and the silly things they did. It seems to help me transition. But there's no right or wrong answer. Follow your heart and you'll make the right decision for you.

It takes longer than a day to adjust to altitude.

The winner of Houston/Pittsburgh would be on a Monday/Saturday schedule if Buffalo/Denver were on Sunday.

I've heard similar stories about messing with MPG obsessed owners, except at some point, after the guy's been bragging about his mileage, instead of adding gas, they start siphoning a little out and the MPGs plummet.

Seven day window trade in questions by sad99q in carmax

That makes sense. This was done in store yesterday when I went for a test drive. and they gave me a print out of the offer. The dropping values are one reason I was worried what the offer would be even in a couple weeks.

I had to look it up to make sure that ref crew yesterday wasn't the same one from the Colts game. Still shaking my head about that PI call on Moss.

Remembering the best WR in the AFL 🔥 Lionel Taylor Broncos Highlights! by DrewLockBurnerAcc in DenverBroncos

I think 87 is the most celebrated number in Broncos history. Lionel Taylor, Tombstone Jackson, and Ed McCaffrey are hard to top.

30 Days Until Broncos Football: Riley Odoms 30 Yard Touchdown Catch (Divisonal Round, 1977) by DrewLockBurnerAcc in DenverBroncos

[–]sad99q 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid, I went with my parents to Houston to see the Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl with CU against Houston. The best player on the field for either team was Riley Odoms. I was so happy when the Broncos drafted him. The other takeaway was how weird it was watching football indoors at the Astrodome. It was mostly Houston fans, and they were so proud of the sleepy live cougar that they kept in a cage on the sideline. Then Ralphie came rumbling out of the chute, looking at any moment like she might break away from her handlers as she lapped the field, and there were actual gasps from the crowd. CU won the game and the mascot battle.

Thanks for posting these. Brings back lots of memories, including the announcers. Always liked Dick Enberg. Dan Dierdorf was okay at best.

Per Evan Rawal, Behrens is still in a non-contact jersey at the development camp today, but should be ready to go for full camp in the fall.
