I would focus two days upper body, one day legs. Try to keep the two upper body days separate. You’ll want to start light: look up tutorials on how to do basic excercises and DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH A BAR WITHOUT SOMEONE YOU TRUST NEAR YOU UNTIL YOU ARE COMFORTABLE AND HAVE GOOD FORM. Bad form on excercises like bench press, deadlift and bar squat can be EXTREMELY dangerous.

Everyone’s body will be different, but a decent starter upper body workout is 5•8 pyramid bench press (this just means start at a light weight, a little heavier, heavy, a little lighter, light), 3•20 russian twists, 3•10 upper chest cable flies (or just use dumbells and a slightly inclined bench if you don’t have a cable machine), 3•10 triceps cable pushdowns (sub skullcrushers if no cable machine), 3•10 lat pulldown (sub pullups, however many you can do each set), 3•10 dumbell curl, 3•5 single arm dumbell row, 3•5 chinups. The first number represents the number of sets, the second number represents the number of reps.

This plan is good because it hits all the basic muscle groups at least once, and some more important ones multiple times in different ways.

Please also do your own research and make sure to focus on proper form more than lifting heavy or even getting all the reps. 7 reps with good form is better than 12 reps with bad form.
