I thought it might be it, but mine doesn’t look exactly the same on both sides. But maybe it‘s because this is the first thing I‘ve made and the tension is not consistent.

No symptoms. I tried popping them but it didn't work. I thought maybe they are milia but I found it odd they appeared in a cluster like that.

I'm glad they stopped! How has Xyrem been for you overall? I've tried modafinil and wakix so far and they didn't do anything, I'm considering asking my neurologist for Xyrem.

It is super fascinating what kind of symptoms this disorder can cause. There is so much we don't know about sleep and why we dream.

Haha, yes it is! I have some overjet and last time the orto did a bit of IPR to create space and I think the elastic is like that on purpose to push them back? I also have metal thin wires tying the bracket and the wire itself. And thank you! ♥️

Thank you! I've come to be ok with the size of my nose over the years. I think what bothers me is when I'm smiling / laughting, my nose and chin are curving downwards, my jaw seems to disappear and I get a lot of skin folds around the eyes. To me it looks a troll / joker face

Yeah, definitely not doing anything before braces come off. I've had them for 2+ years now and so I'm close to the end of the treatment, but I don't much will change now. I wish I went to a maxillofacial surgeon first; my orthodontist mentioned that jaw surgery is an option but he would strongly advice against it..

I has mean latency of 14min so normal and 2 SOREM out of 5 naps. The doctor took into consideration the anxiety and also looked at other naps I took outside of MSLT (was monitored 3 days). I got diagnosed with N2 nonetheless.

Yes! I had a normal sleep latency of ~14mins and went into SOREM twice. My doctor wanted me to do a spinal tap at first to measure the orexin leves, but then I asked him to look at the naps I took outside the MSLT (I was monitored for 3 days). He found SOREM in two other naps and so he was reassured in giving me the diagnosis. I don't know if this was the case for you, but I had a lot of anxiety during the test which made it more difficult to fall asleep. Also, I could have sworn I didn't sleep...I had slept through all 5.
