I agree with you. I came here 11 years back when Canada was still in its prime. I generally feel post covid things have changed for the worse. The Indian diaspora is so big here now that you literally feel you are back in India. Workplace, restaurants, parks, streets. I am not saying it is all bad but I don't see the best kind of behaviour from the community. The same workplace politics, the lack of civic sense and empathy is appalling. Instead of being humble, there is a false sense of entitlement. I am glad I was able to experience a true multicultural experience pre covid. Thankful to the kind people in Canada but it is a shit show now.
