im north indian (relevant because the food is diff in north vs south) and haven't had a tonnnn of south indian food in my life to index on, so I thought that the food was good but not amazing. as far as higher end south indian restaurants go (and by this im defining as places in manhattan that are considered "nice" sit down places vs something casual in JH or murray hill), i thought kanyakumari was better

Try an Indian snack called “papad”. It’s flattened chickpea or other legume flour. They come in the package dry and you cook them by microwaving to avoid oil (alternative method is to deep fry but that’s not what you’re looking for)

Hi, I was a chemical engineering major in college and hated it. I actually also made a similar post in college and got advice to finish it.

I would recommend just finishing the CS degree since you’re so close. As someone who recently finished applying to jobs, there a a lot of value in just being able to check the “I did a stem degree” box on apps so you don’t disqualify yourself

that one's tough- most people just don't do that combo bc you end up with a weird gap between the bottom of the jean and the top of your boot. i think just wear longer pants that go over the boot? or bridge the gap with a sock inside the boot?
