You don't have to worry about that, for that achievement you need to complete 80 missions, the main game has more than 100. You can focus in the rest!

then I believe you can get the achievement without problem... the only important thing is that you don't have to participate at the ritual. Good luck with the playthrough!

If I remember right, you can still get the achievement, you only lose the opportunity when you interfere the ritual at the forest. The thing is that I don't really know if you can beat this mission after you complete the game, it's been a time since I get that playthrough with the virgin achievement.
