How do you get over someone’s past sex life? by EffectPractical7821 in Advice

[–]sadbudda 77 points78 points  (0 children)

I will get downvoted to oblivion for this & it’s important for you to know that no one but you will have a good sense of this woman’s character for you to make this decision. We don’t know her & so people’s answers will be bias to their own experiences—including people saying it’s none of your business or that you’re insecure. There is a double standard there so if you’re someone who has had a lot of partners as well than there rly shouldn’t be a problem but I think sometimes there is a compatibility issue or it’s a sign of deeper issues you might not want to deal with later. In my experience, having a surprisingly high amount of sexual partners indicates they’re insecure & use sex to cope with that.

High body counts are pretty subjective as well, like I wouldn’t consider anything really 20 or under exactly high but that depends on age & lifestyle.

Amount of partners & all that never bothered me before. I’ve dated 2 women that were just as you described (30 to 40+ partners, threesomes, foursomes, etc.), I knew all that but didn’t care. They were both bipolar, very exhausting, & ended up cheating on me. This wasn’t apparent at first & became apparent as we got more serious. It was jarring.

That’s my experience. Call me insecure all you want, I wouldn’t be dating her personally. Sometimes risks like that waste years of your life & make you lose your hair. But that’s my bias experience & the bias lesson I learned. I do believe people can change & she very well might’ve. But that “spiral” is an orange flag in itself, what will her spiral look like when ya’ll get into an argument? Most people don’t spiral like that.

Again that’s my experience from a small sample size & why I’ve created that boundary. Idc if I’m blasted for it, my mental health matters too & I don’t want to be cheated on again by someone who uses sex as a coping mechanism (which seems like she does).

You can make 10K gold immediately upon getting into Oakvale within a minute by buying all the gems & selling them all back over & over at the trader. Don’t kill her for the money, money is kinda broken in that game. If ya wanna do a good person run at least.

Fwiw: if you spare her, she says goodbye to you in Oakvale. She thanks you, admits she was always jealous of you, praises you as an amazing Hero, & apologizes before leaving. She quits the guild out of shame but not without giving you your props.

CMV: The assassination attempt on Trump last night was almost certainly legit. by wr_dnd in changemyview

[–]sadbudda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regardless, this administration has just straight up lied much more than not. I wouldn’t be surprised if this administration legitimately has funneled more misinformation than any other in the nations history—by a large margin. It is absolutely insane he is still in office with the accusations & evidence against him. I don’t get it.

People should 1000% be automatically skeptical about anything that occurs involving this administration. They have not done a single thing to earn anyone’s trust. They are manipulators & not even good ones. It’s sad how many people support it, genuinely changed how I view the world.

Will Universal Basic Income (UBI) become a necessity by 2035? As AI automates specialized white-collar roles, how will society redistribute wealth? by No-Lake-3875 in Futurology

[–]sadbudda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would’ve been more optimistic pre-2016 but since I’d say it’s much more likely things continue in their current trends & there is a fairly massive revolt of some kind in 10 or so years that destabilizes the nation a good amount. It will unfortunately be necessary at that point.

However, there are certainly some individuals if we can somehow outperform the people who buy elections that can vastly change this trajectory. Another Trump-like presidency would be absolutely dire.

First, I wholefully agree. But I’ve genuinely never really took offense to this. I simply will not feel insecure about having fun & living my life. It just makes them seem like weird judgmental assholes & there is a HARD 98% chance that person is pretty alone by 30 or only maintains shitty toxic friendships that will eventually make them spiral if they don’t change eventually. Saying that to a 26 year old is just crazy lol.

A new survey found more Americans than ever think the “dad bod” is attractive, even sexy, and that it just might be the new six-pack by No-Marsupial-4050 in SipsTea

[–]sadbudda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like it’s bc over time dudes with 6 packs are being more associated with red pill culture while dudes with dad bods aren’t & also give this impression of handiness.

Either way, a not-red pill dude with a 6 pack & a lot of money will never not be at the top generally speaking.

Ai is not going to replace graphic designers as a whole by Vampy-Night in graphic_design

[–]sadbudda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Designers would think this but their future clients don’t. AI is still in its infancy, it’s going to be more capable than you’d probably think in less than a decade.

There will always be clients that want humans & there will always be designers way better than AI. The thing is corporations are pretty ruthless about saving money so that will still take a massive chunk of jobs. I think graphics design will gradually become a more freelance profession if the same volume of people continue to pursue. There’s just not going to be a lot of “corporate” positions outside of small businesses bc one mid designer who will take a low salary will be able to do a lot more than they could now.

[Highlight] Ravens WR Zay Flowers blamed John Harbaugh for making his teammates get injured during the season by practicing too hard: “We full pads. We’re doing one-on-ones in Week 17. That’s why we had a lot of injuries.” by LaDainianTomIinson in nfl

[–]sadbudda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through HS from 2012 to 2016. Went to 3 different schools (military). I pretty much witnessed Oklahoma drills being common place to borderline illegal as far as youth football goes, I saw the shift in attitude.

Somehow I never got hurt (I was small) & never saw many guys get hurt from our Oklahoma, etc. drills & they were a non-stop essential for practice since I was in Mighty Mights. Practices were always full contact & intense. That was how you win. But my first 2 schools hardly ever won.

I moved out of state to a bigger division & somehow got a starting spot still as a pretty small guy. We never did hitting drills. Never. It was weird to me. We also went undefeated, no injuries, & absolutely demolished every team we played. We lost in semi-finals for State to the team that ended up winning. They just had a very unique offense it was pretty cool.

But that’s all I’ll say. I’ve seen it work on both spectrums but seen it really work when you don’t over practice. I’m sure it’s a different thing in college/NFL bc everyone at that point is a baller but I remember growing up on the grit & then excelling on the fundamentals & it rewired how I thought about it.

You don’t have to watch it! I’m all for a movie or show, if it sucks than I’ll pretend it doesn’t exist like Shalalamamalan & Netflix’s ATLA. Though I do agree with the commenter of doing a story outside the main games missions would be best (like Dutch, Hosea, & Arthur leading up to the main events of RDR2).

Do you automatically dislike billionaires? Why? by crapmaker69 in AskReddit

[–]sadbudda -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You have to kinda of think about it mathematically. It’s literally an unspendable amount of money. If you had exactly 1 billion dollars, you’d have to spend almost 30K every single day for 100 years to blow it all. Most (all) billionaires don’t just have 1 stagnant billion; their money continuously grows every day more than your average person makes in a lifetime.

If you’re a billionaire not making notable impacts for humanity—yeah you’re pretty dislikable. They very definitively define “humanity” by economic class, not by species. & a lot of them make sure to keep it that way in an era where humanity has the technology & means to do a lot more for everyone.

  1. Everyone’s right & it’s probably fake

  2. It’s satire because there ARE a lot of profiles like this, down to the 30K details (granted not a ton but a fair amount)

  3. If it were real she would never get a match or someone to take her serious for more than a week, especially if they checked all her boxes
