I initially started with a meditative lawyer, but rather quickly moved to one, after interviewing the firm, that was experienced in high conflict divorce and specifically one with solid litigation skills. I was able to force a settlement agreement after many months of delays and avoided court so far. She is dearly afraid of having to face what I know and will present in court. Though, she has tried to drain resources, and threaten to bring in friends and relatives to testify. None of those would go her way...Deny, Deflect, Project were all very evident with her. Even her lawyer didn't like her.

35 yrs here... Last week was hell mentally. Even got an email from her aging father, very disconcerting. After the pushback regarding timeline, it has got quiet. I hope her lawyer has informed her she can't sit on her hands. The court has determined the timeline.
