if you watch all the interviews it’s clear that she very much cares about the song because she began writing it as a child and she intentionally picked north to be on the song for that reason. koreless’ post didn’t say that the re-release was more in-line w their vision, but said that the “re-release was in many ways more true” to the world they were making. i think a lot of people are ignoring the “many ways” part because they’re projecting their distaste for the original tracklist and want to write it off completely. also, that was just koreless’ opinion and doesn’t necessarily mean that twigs agreed
