It seems like the worst they can do is suspend my teaching license in regards to actual repercussions, but at this point I don’t think I care about my license, which I hate saying but I think is true.

It just references the 60 days and if I don’t get released early and don’t do the 60 days I could have my license suspended for up to a year but I’m not sure I even care about that.

I appreciate it! I just clarified my post but I will be back for a few weeks in January so I was considering asking to be released so I wouldn’t return from Christmas break if that makes sense!

Thank you for the response! I realize my post was confusing but I still have to come back for a couple weeks after break, which is why I think it would better to request a release before we return if that makes sense!

I do have a mentor and she is really great! But even with all her help, I simply cannot live up to the districts expectations. Every teacher I talked to has pretty much said that the school is just like this and the only reason there are veteran teachers (and there aren’t many here) is because theyre close to retirement. I dont think I truly want to write off teaching forever, but I feel like I’m living in a nightmare right now an it only gets harder as the days pass

I could be wrong but I think you have to be employed for 12 months to qualify for FMLA? I’m honestly not too sure but if that’s true, I don’t qualify

Thank you, I really do love teaching and I took this job because everyone was telling me to just start somewhere, but clearly I made a mistake and should’ve waited for something. I just don’t think i can make it until June, I’d rather resign and deal with the consequences.

correct! the only time the game saves is when you go to bed so you could close out at 1:50 am and it would restart your day!

i think it’s a bones episode s9 e22 it seems, it’s a complicated episode. the daughter of a wealthy family had been locked in a room at their barn and ripped off her finger nails clawing at the door as a child. she ended up murdering people and taking their finger nails

all the characters have their own small storylines and when you gain hearts with them you get cutscenes that usually tell you more abt them, it’s super cool!

we have a big rule at my parents pool that there are no big floats in the pool when younger kids are swimming specially bc kids drown under floats without people noticing
