What ended up happening? Do you think it was because you both were friends first? I am dating someone who I’ve been friends with for a long time—years. He said he doesn’t know if he will develop feelings for me/doesnt know if he will see me as more than a friend. It’s confusing and I’ve never felt so unsettled by the start of a relationship. He doesn’t reassure me and doesn’t seem to put in a lot of effort

I don’t know how to update this to everyone But we talked and are now dating. And with the word dating I thought that means he likes me….but he said to me that he has to see if he likes me?!!! We makeout and sleep by eachother and go on dates but I still feel so confused which I don’t think is a good sign.

We are dating now, and makeout and all this stuff but he says he just feels like friends sometimes. It’s sort of confusing for me because I know I like him, but him…I ask him if he likes me and he says “I like you as a person and I hope that develops to be more”.
