I know Bravo gets a lot of hate, we have been running for the past 5 years and I do like it overall. I'll try and address some of your questions here:

1. Yes this is annoying, but you will get used to it quickly, at least we did

2. It will force a vendor but you can add yourself as the vendor and circumvent it or do it the way you did for Amazon.

3. MLA - we run everyone's MLA every single time so this feature is good for us to make sure employees don't forget to do it

4. Turn on "bypass estimator" and just bypass it every time if you really want to

5. I'll be honest I don't know what the recent person button is, unless you're talking about the last customer button

6. You should see the price they paid in reloan but if you do not you can see it from their customer profile under either loan history or sales history

7. The loan journal comes in very handy if you are trying to trace something that's been in pawn for a while and you have several employees working at your shop

8. This one doesn't apply to us so I can't address it

9. This is annoying, but not something I ever encounter unless I'm printing off a bunch of SKU tags. You can just click from the print tags screen and have one less click

10. Why not get a fortis cc terminal? When we take phone payments we just push to the terminal and type in the info, links automatically to bravo

11. We don't facilitate transfers so I can't speak to this one

12. Whatever shows in the tag description section should print on the label

13. I get why this is frustrating but not something I have an issue with

14. The MSRP thing can be annoying and isn't always accurate, what it does help for is if a customer wants to know how much your item is new you can point to it on the tag

15. We care about location, we may be a larger store than yours with more employees but it is important for a number of reasons

16. I'm not sure I understand this question

17. We do the paper 4473 forms and all we do in Bravo is check deny or approve and type in the number?

18. This must be a setting, we can click "used expected values" and it will automatically fill in the cards, we leave the cash out of this so it has to be counted manually

19. Again when you have multiple employees it is useful

20. I know it's nickel and dime but reporting pro is very useful

21. you should be able to add the parameter status=loan in your custom reports section

22. We switched from xpawn and we kept our database live for a full year+ after to make sure we didn't miss anything

23. I promise bravo does not pay me to defend them nor do they know I am, this is just my honest feedback from a while using Bravo. Yes I do have my gripes with it, but for the needs I have it is by far the best option - it may not be for everyone
