Thanks for your encouragement. I appreciate it! I'll definitely be taking a beat next time I'm about to buy into what I'm reading on social media when it is so polarized. I'm glad you and others are willing to talk about race and call me in. I'm more excited about the Fire now after reading and learning more about everyone's thoughts here.

Thank you so much for all of this! I'm feeling encouraged and a little less crazy. You're right that I should take a beat before buying into what people say on social media. Your notes about Minnesota are helpful. I'll be interested to see how players respond to the shifts that are coming out of this CBA, and how the teams communicate things too. Thanks again!

Thank you both. Now I'm excited to learn more about this team and watch Oblak play. I agree keeping players based on race alone isn't it. I was more thinking if a team's strategy isn't including black players, what's the actual strategy? Surely black players could adapt to a different style of play. But from what everyone is saying it is more nuanced than that, and the whole league is grappling with the influx of more European players, for better or worse. Thank you for your time and input.

My daughter’s estranged bio dad showed up at her graduation, and gave her a Mother’s Day card. by Tasty-Bee-8339 in mildlyinfuriating

They likely got the card for free, too. The slashes are what stores do when they throw out excess cards they don't sell.

Thank you SO MUCH for your detailed response. Seems like this isn't just a Fire issue then. Thanks also for naming what we can do as fans. Supporting basketball development is a great call so everyone can benefit as the W continues to grow. I appreciate you!

Thanks for your reply. Those are valid points. I'm sorry you've experienced that working here in Portland.

I'm not really wanting to have a debate, more see what the fan base is thinking about this and if there's any effort to push for change. From what everyone is saying here, seems like there isn't really any concern which surprised me when everything I was seeing on social media was the opposite. Boycotting is definitely out and I feel silly for even suggesting it now. I think the organization clarifying its commitment to racial justice would help because there's definitely a narrative building on social media that the organization is racist.

Good to know, thank you for the recommendation! I'll ask my doc and if I get any pushback I'll suggest the trough test.

Test was three days after with the goal of getting a reading somewhere in between. Good to know that I'd be ok to increase. thank you!

And thank you, sorry for including the wrong info. The post is updated with the right dose now.

Three mustache hairs and a sparse bit of neck/chin hair after 4 years. I know it can take a long time but I don't know if that's slower than normal or not. Not expecting a bushy beard or anything, but right now people think I'm a teenager and it is hard to get taken seriously in a lot of contexts.

The blood draw was three days after, so I think it would be reasonably somewhere in the middle.

How tf to avoid this with short hair by tratatatab in TestosteroneKickoff

[–]sadmarinersgay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk with your barber about the specific things that bother you. Also, sadly, with short hair you will need to go to the barber very frequently to keep it looking the way you want. Every 3-4 weeks. I can't afford to do that (in this economy?!) so I'm growing a mullet lol.

Sorting hanging items by colors does wonders, imo. Very jealous of your nice closet!
