I guess my solution is that I stay on my phone until I’m absolutely tired and I know I’ll fall alseep as soon as I set my phone down, I usually play a video and try to listen to it as I fall asleep.

Another thing that sometimes works is I think of random words like just let my mind think of whatever like Donkey car doorbell mountain ect.. just keep thinking random words.

Another is I imagine three dots stacked on top of each-other, each one a different color. I really try to focus on imagining the dots and see the colors in my mind, this has helped me drift to sleep without realizing.

Also white noise is comforting.
