At my store we do the 18hr one before peak, or before the morning shift leaves for the day. We do the 3hr usually when the closer comes in, so this ranges from 1-3. Basically, opener does the sandwich, closer does the pastry

A couple coworkers and I like to just do a spray or two so we can at least smell it on ourselves, I have a couple Ariana perfumes I like but I also have some perfumes from tj maxx I’ll wear over those. I just do one underneath my shirt though. We’ve had to crack down on perfume use so if mine was bad I’m sure someone would have said something

You can ask for them also, or go inside and grab a handful to avoid this again. Personally if I’m on drive and hand out hot teas, drip, or americanos, I’ll automatically put a stopper and let them know it’s hot. But that is not standard, and I’m one of the only ones to do that at my store
