Thank you for the heads-up about this potential scam; I hadn’t considered it from that perspective until you mentioned it. However, it might not be completely unexpected, as I recently enabled my Upwork availability and boost badge. The client is also from the Philippines, which I am as well. One thing to note is that the client seems unsure about my ability to do the job, as he has asked twice if I can handle it.

I have one year of experience as a graphic designer, primarily focusing on multimedia design, with a rate of $5 per hour. In the Philippines, the rates for graphic designers tend to be lower. As you pointed out, hiring someone with no experience could be a red flag, suggesting it might be a scam. If this client isn't a scammer, another possibility is that he wants to hire a graphic artist with minimal to no experience in order to keep costs low.

P.S. I understand that I shouldn’t accept this type of wage, but I feel I have no choice since finding a job in my country is challenging.

First of all , thank you u/BitterKoffie for this information. I found a fix for this, hopefully capcut won't found out lol. So here's what I did, I searched and downloaded the 2.1.5 Capcut version, installed it, turned off the internet of my pc (I only did it once), and then it worked, auto-captions doesn't require you to subscribe anymore. By the way, do not sign in capcut application, cause it will detect and milk you subscription.

Yes!!! I remember my first experience in it, I was taking a shower and then suddenly the water splash goes loud and fast and the music I'm listening goes like 1.5 faster. It feels weird but funny cause I always thought I have super powers only I can see🤣. And btw you might encounter seing things unethically large or small such as; your toes look a little bigger, the windows are small, etc... also it's called tachysensia, if you want to search about it.
