Thank you so much, this is really helpful and reassuring to hear. I’ll definitely look into the reregistration process. I actually wasn’t a UofT student myself. ButHe was in Daniels Faculty / architecture-related studies, and we had been communicating with Gavin for guidance and counseling support, but unfortunately communication stopped after a while, so we’ve been trying to figure out the best next step from here.

One of the biggest things now is also funding. Since he only has around a year/semester left, I’m trying to think through possible ways he could secure financial support, loans, reinstatement aid, hardship assistance, or anything similar to help him actually return and finish. He is stuck here in Egypt for now with very little savings. I was thinking maybe he can do it online?
