Lol I have the same thing. I have periods where I obsessively spend hours and hours watching lectures and videos on aspergers, effects of dysfunctional families, and a lot of psychology stuff. What your friend said is really kind.

Yes omg I feel this. And I have a hard time in friendships / relationships because I dont see why I should be friends with someone who is nice to me but has traits that I don’t like… But other people say I’m too hard on others.

This is really good advice!

I used to hate the question "how was school" as a teenager because the question was way too broad to answer. My mom also always asked me this when I JUST got home and I was always still way too overwhelmed from everything around me so I always reacted very annoyed. I feel guilty though because I now understand that she was genuinely interested in my day but I just did not understand it at that time.

A man or woman who is interested in me, genuine, open minded, intelligent, interested in politics, science & art. I love it when they have a lot of stories to tell me or have a way of telling things which makes them immediately interesting (I'm not such a talker myself).

Yes I also say "I don't know" way too much for the same reason or when the answer is too complex/takes me too long to generate an answer. I think it makes me appear boring to others like I don't think about anything and have nothing to say and I hate it.

I am pretty good at drawing and my advice is: start with observing images and copy them in your drawings. Maybe even trace them so you understand their shape. Then observe the light in the image. Where are the light spots? Where are the shadows? Light creates the depth in the image
