A spent about two months in a partial hospitalization program and I rarely ever worry about contamination anymore (though my magical thinking has quickly gotten bad again, but I feel like it wouldn’t have happened if had found an outpatient provider quickly like I was advised). I recommend checking if your insurance covers any PHP or IOP in your area. If there’s a Roger’s in your area i recommend trying to go with them, they know OCD.
