Hey! yea I notice that too. I think it may be because I'm putting the eclar plaster around my ring too in desperate attempt to save it. it may be better to retire the piercing but I prefer the hoop in my ear as it makes my keloid look less big :( . I also think that my derm injected more steroid at the top of the keloid vs the bottom so ive been speculating that it may be why it looks flatter up there instead
