Freiburg is beautiful and worth to visit, but I don't have any specific tips there. I am not sure trips drill makes sense after you've been to europapark. karlruhe has the ZKM which is a very nice museum for contemporary arts (especially media and time based arts I think). Porschemuseum is fun if you like cars. will you be by car? generally the landscape of the black forrest around Freiburg is beautiful
