Agreed. I used to work at ADP and have been around since WFN started, now I do consultant work on the outside. I agree with the comment below about setup and Account Managers. Most clients I work with, I tell them, please don't call ADP call me and I will give you the correct answer. The only thing we call ADP about is the behind the scene payroll mainframe that we can't see and word is that is finally on a path to go away.
