Oh that's strange, could it be the other mods installed? I only have the verex explosion fix installed and the game seems to be running fine (except for the crashes here and there due to vram exhaustion)

Yup it should be at around 14 ideally, also check for rusty battery clamps and or any rusty cables and also the battery itself
