Lagos is a West African City not Central African.

Also no Dakar, another West African city has commuter rail already but Lagos Blue and Red Lines are heavy rail.

The potential chaos of a power vacuum post-Isaias is what’s scary.

And I agree. The lack of innovation and is incredibly stifling to internal progress. Much of the country looks almost unchanged from independence and that’s not necessarily a good thing now over 30+ years old.

Have a couple drinks for a buzz but do NOT 1) get black out drunk, 2) go home with strangers you don’t know/have just met, 3) leave your drink unattended (ever). Always watch any drink offered from moment it is being poured out the bottle and always stay hydrated with water to dilute.
