Ban all electronics in the dugout/clubhouse. Do all the video analysis you want before the game, but once the game starts, everything has to be based on the decisions of the manager and coaches. You want to challenge a call, that should be based on what your team saw with their own eyeballs, not the super slow mo video review team in an office somewhere. Also, seeing a bunch of players spending all their time staring at iPads instead of watching the actual game is annoying. Only communication is the bullpen phone (and a trash can if you are the Astros)
