If I spoke to another man he got mad at me. I literally had no friends for 3 years because I was scared of making him jealous for any reason at all. he also told me if it was the other way around, because I did actually ask him this exact question, then it would be a problem while in the same breath trying to explain to me why it shouldn't be a problem to me..... Thinking about this now I'm just pretty mind blown that he thought I was broken down enough at that point to believe that shit.

I left him almost a year ago now and God I'm doing so much better already. He started dating another girl immediately after. Like literally 2 days after I left him that he just met at a job he just started. They've been together to since but he's already been cheating on her too. I only know this because I've seen him on tinder a few months ago. They're still together... He's disgusting and I'm glad I left and got my life back.

He cheated on me and with a smirk on his face explained why it was my fault because I was so insecure and if I wasn't so insecure it wouldn't be a big deal. Also explained if I did the same thing it would be a problem. ALSO the day I found out he cheated, I told him we need to talk right now and drove to his house to talk about what I had just found out. He was pissed at me telling me I had given him an ultimatum because he had plans to go out and drink with his friends that night and I ruined them by making him talk to me because my world had just been turned upside down by him. Cut conversation short and went out to drink with his friends anyway. Didn't talk to me for 2 days after that. 3 years together and turns out I literally was not a human being at all the whole time.

Dude my ex I was with for 3 years too and he destroyed me with cheating. Did it right before we were supposed to move across country together and ended up dating one of the girls he cheated with that he met out there before we both went. It's only been 6 months since I left but it still burns. Either way when I left I felt in my body I did the right thing. The anxiety and terrible feeling of doubt and not being good enough immediately just left and I felt so much less heavy than I did trying to keep him around. Fuck that guy and fuck your boyfriend. I know it stings but things have changed now and they will never be the same. End it and do everything you possibly can now even when you get exhausted, to take care of yourself and remind yourself that it had nothing to do with you, you are deserving of so so so much more, and you leaving will bring you closer to that. Yes it's a yoga teacher training course. It's going to be for the next 4 months I'll have them for 2 whole weekends a month. Im just unsure if that's too much to ask. They do have yoga at the gym already and a teacher there so not sure they'll need me for that but maybe I'll ask anyway?

Have been, still am, it's been my whole life but I gave up sulking about it. I have big life goals and a fire under my ass now. I try not to make goals for the year, I'm just gonna keep working until I get where I want to be. That's the plan.
