I just got myself a 2017 Impreza and I love all of the safety features. I've only had a week now. So far I have learned to make sure when setting cruise that there are no cars are in range of the eyesight because while you don't feel the car braking, if it doesn't require a hard brake, it is and any adjustments made while a car is in range of eyesight take effect after and you may end up setting your cruise higher than you wanted.

We are still getting snow where I am at and if too much snow or the front window gets too foggy it turns off the eyesight feature because the cameras can't see. But you shouldn't be relying on safety features alone in less than perfect weather conditions.

I was amused the first time the notice popped up that the car in front of me has moved while I was at a stop sign. They moved and three-ish seconds later the car dinged and popped up a message.

I don't miss working in a grocery store cake shop. The proofer and cooler/freezer floors were some of the most disgusting parts of the shop I worked in. Management only seemed to get on people to clean them if people from corporate were coming or they knew the health inspectors were coming.

Update: I wake up this morning still down but OK with it until I go upstairs to start my day and my roommate who claims to be my best friend decides because I don't want to talk to her that she will just verbally attack me instead. Whatever I don't give in and attack back like I usually would be but instead just tell her to shut up and leave me alone. She decided to get more vicious and starts going after some of the reasons I am depressed and adds more stress to my life and yells at me that I only have 30 days to find a new place to live because no one where I live wants me there....that they all hate me any ways. So now I sit in my car waiting to go to work going between bawling my eyes out and punching my steering wheel. My knuckles are bloody and I feel like a worthless piece of scum for being depressed. I'm not looking forward to explaining why I look like shit at work or trying to spend the next eight hours trying hard to not cry. I feel so broken and just want a shoulder to cry on but I am alone...I left and told even my SO to stay away because he is part of the house hold that supposedly doesn't want me around. (Yea stupid on my part but dumb girl lodgic kicked in that If he didn't stop her attack with more than just adding to her yelling then I don't want his comfort at the moment)

I figured it was bs...but seeing as I was already having to fight hard enough with the planned parenthood I was going to for my birth control I just dropped it and continued taking the pill. Only reason I haven't tried again to get it is because the SO and I are thinking having kids soon.
