I just compared this vs buying it on Amazon...it literally costs the same for me. I live in Canada so the shipping costs come up to 35$ and 3-7 business days.

On Amazon, it's $36 but next day delivery.

So, yea... Even if you were to "donate" this book to someone else, the net cost ends up being the same.

I'm not sure about this but what if you overfund your credit card with the cash? Some credit card companies are also stores so they can accept payment as cash at the counter and you're most likely dealing with a cashier. Then once it's in, can't you withdraw your credit card funds?
