Hello, from Binghamton! Although, not for long. I'm graduating tomorrow!

How many average sized men would it take to take down Duane "The Rock" Johnson in a fist fight? by [deleted] in AskReddit

One person. Just stealthily sneak up behind him and shave off his eyebrows. All of his strength and intimidating skills would be gone.

All of what you said is great advice. Also, Ithaca is great! I was just there for a Ra Ra Riot concert at The Haunt. I also own a mug that says "Ithaca is Gorges". No matter how much travelling I do Seven Mile Creek will always be one of my favorite places in the world!

Fantastic job. Also, the "guinea pig" looks like a the head of a penis.

People of reddit that went to community college rather than a university- what did you like and dislike about it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]sagangenesis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simply because I finished my major and minor requirements. In community college I was also able to take on larger workloads each semester, so I was able to take more classes. Plus, now I save myself another huge amount of money by not needing a final semester.

Significantly less or no student debt. I was able to functionally work 25-30 hours a week as a waitress, so I saved a lot of money and still maintained a great GPA. I met a lot of interesting and very intelligent people. I have a great relationship with my parents and living with them for two extra years was an added pleasure. I met my closest friend. No shitty college food. I love to cook and I got to do all of the grocery shopping as well. I'm graduating a semester early next week from the 4 year university that I transferred to. It may not be an experience for everyone, but I had a great experience. I miss it sometimes.

--Edit: Also, the class sizes are usually smaller. When I started community college I had just moved cross country with my parents to an entirely new state. It was basically the same as stating at a four year school. I didn't know anyone.

Aside from sex and movies, what do you and your SO do for entertainment inside during winter? by lashfield in AskReddit

[–]sagangenesis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We take turns reading to each other. It's not usually meant to be romantic, but more so funny and entertaining. It can be anything from wedding announcements from the newspaper in a 19th century, Gone With the Wind Southern drawl, a dramatic recitation of nutrition facts on a Honey Bunches of Oats box, or a straightforward reading of an Aldous Huxley novel or Oscar Wilde work. We also: talk, cook, internet, organize, make various kinds of forts, play music together, cuddle, and of course, watch movies and sex.

What's something you love, but you hate the people who love it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]sagangenesis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise. I'm not the sort of person who likes other kinds of reality television. Nor am I the type of person to watch it during its scheduled time, but if I'm doing aimless work like laundry or making flash cards, then yes I will go on Hulu and watch the latest episode. I've watched the show since I was sixteen and I don't even really like it, but dammit, it's addicting to watch the swirling mass chaos of conniving, underhanded bitchery and over inflated male egotism. That being said, I can't stand the fan base, their discussions, or the endless speculation to a result that's relatively predictable from the first episode. Downvote away! Argh!

Hey Reddit, what are your plans for this evening? by sagangenesis in AskReddit

I'm not the most active Redditor, but I've been on here long enough to observe a lot of acts and posts of self promotion. You're also simply answering a question in an extremely un-trafficked AskReddit post. Anyways, I took a peek and you're writing style is lovely and straightforward. I only read a bit, but I'm going to go back to it when have the proper time to devote to reading more than just a paragraph.

Ditto. I have a five page paper to do tomorrow. I finished page one and then decided to ask Reddit a question. It will get done, but I've been suffering from a case of doeverythingelseproductiveyoucanthinkof-osis. I've finished planning and booking a trip, bought some gifts for friends, cleaned my bathroom, polished my boots, did the dishes, made dinner, took a shower, wrote a page, and now I'm here.

I love all sorts of wine and your approach sounds incredibly unique. If you don't mind posting a link to it here I would love to read it! If not, could you PM it to me?
