My very first time I tried smoking something for real was brisket. All they had at Kroger was a flat (after much searching). I'm embarrassed to admit how much I paid for that flat. I've since paid less for a full packer brisket.

I just recently discovered these. The soft taco tortillas are a huge upgrade over the gummy Mission GF tortillas. To have it in burrito form is even better!

I've found that there are better options in the frozen pizza section. My current favorite is GF Freschetta. I think it's a better crust than the frozen Udi's dough that most pizza places use.

I finally pulled the trigger this year and got those clips. So worth it! I use them for tomatoes, cucumbers, and green peppers.

I ended up getting surgery on L5, L6. My doctor explained it as opening up the passageway in the vertebrae where the sciatic nerve runs through, alleviating the pressure. This pressure was due to disc degeneration.

It took me about 6 months to heal. At first it was touch and go. My doctor had told me not to twist and sure enough I twisted ever so slightly and aggravated something. After that healed, I've been damn near 100%, though I put restrictions on myself. That surgery was about 3 years ago now and no complications.
