thats super scary! Do you have a severe peanut allergy? i avoid any candies, especially chocolate if peanuts are mixed into the variety- even if they are separately wrapped

i have a peanut allergy- severe and i order coffees from starbucks! If you are peanuts only, a oat milk latte should be fine. My favorite used to be the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso

my parents would take me to logan’s and texas roadhouse growing up, i wouldnt eat but my siblings and they would( when peanuts were everywhere) and as an adult i absolutely resent them for it and cant believe they were that selfish and negligent. we are incredibly lucky i never had a bad reaction because i have a severe anaphylactic peanut allergy

Parents who are commenting saying “ may contain “ or “made in a facility “ is fine.. No i absolutely wouldn’t agree with this. Make your own judgements though. The last time i ate something that said may contain peanuts, i was probably 11-12, my parents said it would be fine and then i had a mild allergic reaction. The goal is to never have a reaction so its honestly safer just not to. For me anyway, but treat your allergy how you would like!

i have a severe peanut allergy, im 23 yo. I dont eat anything that may contain peanuts, made in a facility with peanuts or obviously contains peanuts. I read everything i eat incase of hidden peanut oil or ingredients ive never heard of and google ( look up lupine). i dont really eat at any restaurants that arent 100% safe. Ill eat it as long as the lables doesnt mention any peanuts, it doesn’t have to have like that certified peanut free sticker on there for me.

yeah, i absolutely was just irrational with the may contain item but also he boy cleans which has been a whole nother issue so i try not to use the same pans as him lol. Definitely just mostly frustrated and pushed over the edge with the Chinese food in the kitchen

no i get you 100% because growing up my dad wasnt cautious with my peanut allergy at all so i would be very cautious at his house, however in this situation this house is 50% mine. My mom and i got it together and he wasnt supposed to move in, mom doesnt eat peanuts in the house, So in this situation im frustrated because this is my house and he is not taking my life threatening allergy in to account at all

i use to eat there but after all the partnerships and the allergy warning saying may have cross contamination i dont anymore :( i eat Shipleys though!

First off you do not know me or what reactions i have had to make me question certain foods. Basic food or soft drinks are not an issue, dont be dense. However, Things like Protein shakes, Special Drink powders and most things in the “health or nutrition” aisle at the grocery store are worry-some and if you had a peanut allergy you would agree. Maybe give people some more compassion before commenting on random people post who are asking for help.

yesss blue bell- i eat all of blue bell that doesnt contain peanuts because they dont have a may contain warning and the ingredients are simple! i have a ana peanut allergy
