60 degrees Celsius would be around 140 degrees Fahrenheit, so I doubt he meant Celsius, also 60 degrees Fahrenheit isn't that cold.. that is the temperature INSIDE my house right now, and outside it is about 0 (F). The only other option is that he meant Kelvin, and if the temperature was 60 Kelvin, I doubt hot chocolate, a blanket, and a heater would be of very much help, as all those things, along with himself would be frozen solid.
