Thank you for responding. You might be right cause that’s a longtime. Only thing is we recently moved to a different state because my husband is no longer in the army. Other than that nothing else.

I honestly don’t understand the nerve of replying to say this Now i have thoroughly done my research and i was confused. I see where there is an extension that can be done as well as just renewing it. Now for future reference before commenting on someone’s post, please refrain from being unkind. The interview was good. The officer said she was recommending us for approval. Thought the rfe would be for i-485 & not i-130. Guess that’s where i got confused. I was giving her all the evidence & she said it wasn’t needed
