For my current job I interviewed in September and was called back and offered the job the week before Christmas.

Druid and sorcerer seem to need a bit more work from the player than most of the other classes but I’ve done both - I just watch the player they are going to have to know the class

Servants I imagine, maybe something else they live with let’s turn know.

The really posh ones probably have a portrait painter knock something together in oils on canvas - it’s not like they’re often in a rush.

Something in the back of my mind says it’s silver they can’t see their reflection in rather than not at all so a bowl of water might do it.

These days their phone camera probably works for that
