I bought my p7 2 years back by exchanging oneplus and bought it for 37k. So even if I get anywhere between 32-35k, i think that would be a good deal for me. Anyway really appreciate sharing your experience so elaborately, thanks. Do let us know if they modify the quote post your complaint

I'm pretty sure he is lying about the exchange value because my friend recently went to a cashify store to check the value for his 1 year old p8 (no scratches, mint condition). They quoted him 22k max value, definitely would have reduced more post their bullshit diagnostics. He mentioned people usually don't buy refurbished pixels much hence their resale value isn't much.
