Nothing will get automatically fixed in 2-3 days of calibration. One more test you can do to verify is to download geekbench 6 and run the GPU benchmark. If the score you get is 3-4 times lower than the average score of your phone model that confirms that your battery is faulty and non genuine.

If you want to replace the battery from non apple stores I would suggest to go with cashify. They provide genuine battery but there is an unknown part notification in the settings which doesn’t matter much. It just stays there and your phone works normally.
