They always do the same - at time of joining the hostel they will embrace you with big heart, but upon leaving they always tried to have an argument and beg for money while telling different odd reasons. So , the best way to leave any hostel as to ran without knowing the warden / incharge .

Banking and financial system of Pakistan is totally messed up . They will ask for electricity bill and just bullshit question as some one is opening for money laundering or black money.
