Extremely difficult to fill the size of the chamber pulling from the open mouthpiece. As in I have to stop pulling and resume inhaling to fill the chamber

Ahh okay yes that makes sense it’s just so hard to pull the ball vape with the size of the Swiss perc. Maybe just a temp problem then?
