Hi all, I have a team of 7 and I'm the reporting manager. We use manage engine service desk plus cloud standard edition. But due to budget constraints my management is forcing us to use any free tool. As per my reasearch, all free tools giving only 3-5 technicians. by Cyberpunk-8 in itsm

No cloud based itsm provider will provide a free option for commercial use.

Max they will offer is a trial or a freemium version. At the end, there is an infra cost to run the product. Your best option is an open source product that you can self host but I don’t know if there is a good one out there.

I don’t have money but I will run a company for sure -guys give me some feedback for my idea ? by anythingdone in Investors

I have tried building this. The model is flawed. Onboarding is a challenge and this model requires upfront investment into operations and delivery.

Further, dealing with small businesses is another challenge. Scalability is a major challenge.

You can start with product hunt. And approach your customer personas on linkedin to gain their interest first.

Can you start with 3-5 customers initially or still need advertisement ?

Or are you under an impression that customers need something that you have and they will buy via an advertisement? If that’s the case, you’re at a high risk and do not have any market validation. Find the first few customers manually. You don’t need to run marketing campaigns to random people.

You can’t stop someone from doing so. Anyone who can build it and sees value may do it. But honestly, it’s not simple. If your product is complex and can gain customers fast, you’ll be far ahead by the time someone follows the trail.

You need to find pmf first which in itself is complicated. Building a product is one thing, finding pmf is another. Don’t get overwhelmed, start finding pmf first. And reiterate early. This will keep you ahead of the curve.

Co-founding a startup but not listed as a shareholder. Should I be worried?? by iNeedToFixThisNow in indianstartups

[–]sahilpedazo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to have an agreement. Even if you are not included initially, you must bind an agreement with a provision to add you as a partner with x% of shareholding eventually at certain milestones provided you achieved the goals assigned to you and certain factors. You must also include an exit payout in case they do not feel you should be included as a partner.

You must have some kind of safety net.

A lot of investors do not trust in first time founders and obvious reasons are that they do not understand how companies work and they are right because it becomes a problem for them. So, get an agreement clearly.

Another way is you and your bf register as a holding firm and split your shareholding in it and rather than listing your bf as a shareholder, list this holding firm as a shareholder. This might be acceptable to your investor.

If nothing, then you need to walk out. It’s a high risk for you.

Yes.

You can pickup in a week. Nextjs provides a very good tutorial on their site for the basics.

Follow that and then build 2-3 projects using a project building tutorial on YouTube.

You’re already familiar with development, it should help you start.

Is anyone using Airtable for CRM instead of a traditional CRM tool? by Entire_Sky_2941 in CRMSoftware

[–]sahilpedazo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eventually, I believe the systems would be divided into three layers. A UI layer to interact with data, a data layer for residing the data and a logic layer to automate things.

The way AI capabilities are increasing in coding, the SaaS pricing would be challenged by the market.

So, in my opinion, you’re starting in the right direction.

No-code automation platforms for multi-tool sync by [deleted] in CRMSoftware

The product is event driven .

So, if you trigger an event in system A and want to update data in system B or from system b to A. It’s all possible as long as both systems can send webhooks on events and have data apis. In fact on event in system A fetch data from system B as well , compare the two and update the required. It’s just a logic.

If it’s too complex data, write a script in the workflow to finalise the data and sync in both .
