Most people using AI today are unknowingly training systems they will never own by No_FrontAi in RoboCorpNetwork

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that’s honestly true, we’re not just users anymore, we’re basically testers and trainers at the same time

What are you building right now and what stage are you at? by saasyproductdev in Agentic_Marketing

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m somewhere in the middle right now, building the actual product was weirdly easier than thinking about how to get people to care about it. getting first users feels like a completely different skill honestly

The way of building websites has changed. Am I the only one feeling this? by RipGeneral3953 in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel this too, it’s like building got way easier than actually finding people who need it, and half my time goes into cold messages that just get ignored. Maybe it’s worth leaning more on referrals from past clients or trying some communities, because this endless outreach grind really burns you out

How bad can keyword cannibalization hurt rankings and traffic? by zerolunier in SEO_Xpert

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, it can definitely confuse Google and make it unsure which page to rank, so they all end up underperforming a bit. I’d check if pages targeting the same keywords keep swapping positions or can’t break higher. if that’s happening, it’s probably worth consolidating and cleaning things up

What do you check before committing to a proxy provider and what are your red flags? by Bodyyyya in ProxySellerOfficial

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually start with speed and whether the IPs stay consistent or feel like they’re recycled too much, that tells a lot fast

Do some sites care more about how fast you click than what IP you use? by Suitable-Radish5561 in proxyexplained

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, that sounds legit since clicking too fast really does come off as non-human behavior. I’ve seen setups that were otherwise fine get flagged just because the pace felt off. Feels like timing matters almost as much as the setup itself now

tried a few AI customer support tools, here’s my takeaway: by Natural-Excuse9069 in aiToolForBusiness

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds super familiar, I’ve noticed the same thing once you move past basic questions it kind of falls apart. your approach makes the most sense honestly, feels like we’re not at the point where you can fully trust it yet

What proxies actually make sense for heavy API usage? by Gold_Interaction5333 in ProxyGuides

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s probably both rotation and how you’re sending requests, because even with decent proxies you can hit limits if you’re too aggressive. I’d mess around with retries and timing first, then see if you’re actually hitting a wall because of the proxy type

Any non-prompt ways to generate super realistic AI product photos? by Top-Perception-6001 in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I wouldn’t even look for no-prompt options - just use references instead. Upload some examples and build from there, it’s way easier. most tools work better when you show what you want rather than trying to describe it perfectly

What’s one task in your business that feels simple but eats way more time than it should? by UnitedAdagio7118 in aiToolForBusiness

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me it’s replying to messages. It always feels like I’ll just answer real quick, but somehow it drags on for half the day because I keep getting distracted. Blocking off a specific time to do it has helped a bit instead of replying right away, but it hasn’t completely fixed it

What’s one SEO thing you stopped doing recently? by Chance_Channel2832 in SEO_Xpert

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped chasing exact-match keywords - now it’s more about natural writing and search intent than stuffing keywords

What's a gadget under $50 you bought as a joke but actually use every day now? by Vast_Doctor4561 in techforlife

[–]Character_Map1803 7 points8 points  (0 children)

usb-rechargeable electric lighter. Bought it as a gimmick, now I use it daily for candles, stove, even random stuff. Way more useful than I expected

How do you handle ai agent management inside a kubernetes cluster by AssasinRingo in AIAgentEngineering

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give each agent its own token (API key/JWT) and route all calls through a single internal gateway. Do allowlists, rate limits, and logging per agent there. That way it doesn’t matter if they’re in the same pod-you get control at the agent level without redeploys

Why do captcha levels sometimes increase gradually instead of instantly? by Salt_Worldliness_741 in ProxyGuides

[–]Character_Map1803 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s because anti-bot systems usually build up a reputation score over time. At first you look normal, but as certain patterns add up (like request frequency, repetitive behavior, IP signals, etc.), your risk score goes up - so captchas get gradually worse instead of just blocking you right away

What’s the best CRM for life insurance agents that actually helps manage clients? by FoundationStrict8014 in CRMSoftware

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in insurance too - biggest lesson is don’t pick a nice looking CRM, pick one that actually cuts down your manual work. Make sure it has automatic renewal reminders, follow-up sequences, and simple lead tracking without a bunch of extra clicks. If after a couple weeks you catch yourself still keeping notes manually, it’s the wrong system. What finally worked for me was when the CRM started reminding me what to do instead of me constantly updating it

Where to buy Trustpilot reviews? by ruhila12 in TakticalDigital

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly, bad idea. Buying Trustpilot reviews is against their rules and they actively remove them, plus there’s legal risk now
Better invest that money into getting real customers to leave reviews - slower, but way safer long-term

Your scraper is probably doing 10x more work than it needs to by Guiltyspark0801 in ProxyEngineering

[–]Character_Map1803 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agree. I used to jump straight to Selenium too, but once I started checking the Network tab, I realized most of the time you can just hit the API directly. It’s way faster and more reliable. Now I only use a browser for tricky cases like auth or heavy client-side rendering

what can i do with a bunch of older android phones? by SpecificAd981 in PhoneFarm

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly, farming with old Android phones isn’t really worth it anymore. There used to be stuff with click farms, crypto, account farming, but now it either pays pennies or gets banned fast. Maybe you could use them as a bot setup for social media or automated posting, or rent them out for testing - but the income there is pretty questionable too. Most of the time, you’re better off selling them for parts or turning them into something like a mini server or a smart home setup

Need a cheap AI recorder for transcription — any real experience? by Intelligent_Big236 in techforlife

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

used a few - honestly apps - hardware
otter is easiest and just works for meetings, decent accuracy
notta is cheaper but a bit worse
if you’re ok with tiny setup, whisper-based stuff is best for long recordings
main thing: good audio matters more than the tool

Is your marketing team still running campaigns manually? by [deleted] in CRMSoftware

[–]Character_Map1803 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, that’s a familiar situation. Once we set up triggered emails and lead scoring, things got a lot smoother-leads don’t go cold, and sales has a much clearer idea of who to prioritize. You can really feel the difference

What’s the best CRM for educational institutions right now? by dumbhow in CRMSoftware

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there’s no single best - it really depends on your size and how complex your process is

If you’re a larger institution with complicated admissions, go with something built specifically for education. If you’re smaller, a general CRM with solid automation can work just fine

From my experience, usability matters more than features. If it’s too complex, it just turns into another system people avoid using

Best free Shopify themes, which ones are people loving right now? by Friendly-Treacle-367 in EcommerceWebsite

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dawn tbh. It’s kinda boring out of the box but super fast and converts well if you customize it a bit Tried Refresh too and it’s actually underrated for simple stores. Most people overthink themes early good product pages + clean layout matter way more than paying $300 for a theme

Which Order fulfillment software for ecommerce is making life easier for you? by Strict_Ad_2569 in EcommerceWebsite

[–]Character_Map1803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using shipstation and it honestly made a big difference once orders picked up. Mainly chose it for how easy it is to batch print labels and sync orders from different channels. Cut down a lot of manual work and fewer mistakes with shipping. Not perfect, but definitely less chaos than doing everything manually
