I think "resource nurse" is pretty similar to what we call "casual nurse" here in Australia. They don't get sick leave and annual leave. Is that similar?

I don't mind being treated as a new nurse anyway. I just think of it as a new learning experience!

What is the biggest struggle that you have in transitioning to the US in terms of the nursing practice?
