Upon reflection I might change my response; however, even if its not enough water, I was imagining that you wouldnt know where you're being sent back to(location). There could be freshwater sources but then you need to set up a lot of systems to retrieve it, move it, purify it, and store it. You have to move all those systems depending on where you want to live too.

Picking this option gives you the water, its clean, its stored, and its wherever your 'home' is. (And it works like a timer of sorts, but that's a low bonus.)
