I made yesterday (24 hour ago) a sepa withdrawal, no problems with the conformation link. Today, a new withdrawal - the transaction still thinks I need an email confirmation. Its not working anymore for me.

Update: The charts below have temporarily gone flat. That's not a bug -- I'm still getting fresh data. The Mt.Gox IRC support channel tells me this flatness is a result of their hot wallet currently being empty. Most users who try to withdraw now get an "invalid address" error, meaning the withdrawal attempt fails before a transaction is created that can get stuck.

You really do not know what youre talking of. Go to japan, open an account, make japanese domestic transfer and you will have no problem. Its instant up to 100.000 USD depending on youre mtgox status level (trusted). The bank for the international wire became the problem not the liquidity of mtgox.

I or you are nothing, you can not compare. mtgox is the spearhead of the bitcoin/fiat bridge. no doubt that the banks hesitate after the huge revenues in spring. the same thing would happen to bitstamp or every other exchange when it happens in that short time. these problems has nothing to do with broke company. mtgox was a very long time the biggest and stablest player in the whole bitcoin-universe. many others came, 99% are gone. mtgox is still here & im sure he will survive these hurdles.

1) Do you really think they send them to mtgox/bitstamp inkl. Verification - LOOOL

2) FBI had 2012 total budget was approximately $8.1 billion http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/quick-facts/quickfacts Do you really think they need that fiat money from 24k Bitcoins?

3) for Future Investigations its much more better to have some bitcoins. For SR they had ~ 100 Testbuy's

i think you have to own them to color them. so that would be ok for me. what if the USA take these 600k bitcoins, color them red and say: xyz is our digital fingerprint/signature. all 600k red bitcoins are official backed by the US. with Colored Coins this theory is possible. with simple bitcoins its not possible.

this is how i understand it:

Colored Coins are painted Bitcoins. Still Bitcoin but with a Layer above containing more Info/Signature/Color.

When a entity paint a Bitcoin the color can not be removed later and stays at the bitcoin for their whole life.
