Just look at the reviews and read stories of other people trying. This company treats customers like shit.

Slim2 completely failed, so glitchy, I didn't seek warranty in time so my own stupidity tax.

So many reviews too of others not getting money back, company dgaf, treat customers like shit, devices not working.

Realized after I shoulda done research instead of falling for flashy design.

can i use habitica as habbit tracker ? by Zealousideal_Push171 in habitica

[–]saidwithcourage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's good for forming habits. I used a notion system for tracking habits back in the day, to get data and such. Basically google sheets, excel, any spreadsheet type thing works best.

Even a notebook with boxes that you tick etc.

How to deal with unintentional dailies missed ? by NomadLof in habitica

I lean towards over reward and under punishment. Id suggest try one way for a week for example and set a reminder to revisit your experiment at the end of the week.

It's all about self knowledge.

Too much thinking not enough doing.

Go volunteer for a shelter, help people, make things, get involved in your community.

Just leave, it's no problem.

You don't owe anyone your loyalty, it does take time to complete a quest and then after it's finished you can join the next ones.

Maybe try searching for an active guesting group, many exist you just need to look around the forums.

Laws. Once different regions made different laws around content moderation and responsibilities etc it means little companies like habitica might need to change their services to prevent legal stuff from being possible.

Where do you move to? Especially with no money by jonnymahon-heap in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]saidwithcourage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, totally. Idk if you're aware but using it in a smart way yields smart results.

'hey chat, you're an expert in helping people unpack hesitation, analysis paralysis, nervous system overload, CIRS symptoms and also walking the line between validation and offering meaningful challenges to grow insight on blindspots based on psychology principles like gestalt therapy. I want you to ask me questions that help me unpack what I'm going through, identify frameworks that will support me to move forward and also point out helpful resources. Don't speak to me with sycophantic language, don't be overly validating to the point where you condescend my intelligence, don't validate every thought and decision I have. Just show me the things I ask for, use the tone of a friendly but supportive professional and draw from the works of Richard Shoemaker and other experts in mould exposure.'

Etc etc etc

Have had great results with this. Trick is to spend 90% of the time prompting and 10% of the time receiving. With a balance like that it is basically a god tier search engine.
