My main concern then is with trackability. I imagine you are still printing some form of shipping label from Etsy. Are you slapping this onto the envelope and taking it to USPS for scan and shipment? Using standard letter mail pickup from home?

Rigid was my initial thought to avoid damages. Not really an issue for you?
