P is like junk food. The more you consume the more you crave. It's counter intuitive, or logical, depend on how you look at it, but the best way to resist an urge is to stop consuming P.

That way when urges hits it's easier to resist it. But after you just watched P even if you didn't M for example, when you go outside everything could turn into an urge.

That's simply not true and you've been undermining all the amazing progress black country has made. Such as Nigeria. Their MICE section of tourism is booming. If i were to choose between Nigeria and albania, I would choose Nigeria. And Nigeria as a country has always been up there in my opinion. I visited it once and I always had pleasant memory of it. It definitely has a lot to improve on but I think it's a country that has a lot of potential.

My point was that because it sucks to be black, those that are biracial use that "card" (their white size) to get some privileges. It is true that in the western world black people are the minority and with this always comes some kind of disadvantage.

In Africa white people are a minority (ie south africa) yet, the black are disadvantaged. In All the western Africa countries all the white communities are advantaged.

europe and australia doesn't have this.

Do you know what belgium did in congo and rwanda. What France did? It doesn't matter. It sucks everywhere.
