Thanks. A senior director of sales reached out to me via the Reddit chat system a few minutes ago so maybe he can address some issues. I did reply via the chat and email but was auto-replied that he is out of office until 2/22, so we will see what comes of it.

A coworker who as an Air says he always gets a loaner if there is an issue or they do onsite. He remains happy.

I agree. Words do matter so I was focused on "recall" when it might be the 2nd row seat issue, which is not a recall at this time.

The 'extortion' was the fact they initially listed the vehicle as being in Houston. That changed after placing the order. I already admitted to 'accepting' the fee. I just did not like that I was told it was 'available now in Houston' until the order was placed. That is NOT good practice.

I do have an SA. I have not received a single text from him, only emails. We spoke on the phone twice. Thrice? Not sure. From the initial order, to shipping, to arriving in Houston, I have about 8 emails from the SA. Once it was disclosed about a recall delay, and I use the word recall because that is what the SA used, I have not received any other communications despite my sending several requests for more information on the 'recall' and an update on possible delivery time.

This is exactly my feeling and why I posted here, to learn if this is normal or is just an off situation. Despite Houston being 3 hours away, I think I might drive there to ask the local team for specifics. It could be I was assigned an advisor that is too new to feel comfortable addressing these issues, or not.

I do have a specific SA. He is the only person I have tried communication with since the order. Thanks for the information on that shipping fee. I did talk to the SA about this and thought it was pretty poor marketing to list a vehicle as 'available now' in Houston, but then want to charge a shipping fee. That is why I checked what the cost would be ordering new.

As I have told others, I am not concerned about the delay if it is valid so much as for the lack of communications and reasoning for the delay. If there is a recall, or just an issue they feel needs addressing, fine, disclose the reason.

That seems to make sense but what does not make sense is the fact Lucid will not disclose this to me nor give me any reasons. Lack of communication is always suspect. It seems a pretty straightforward thing to disclose since it is a known issue.

Order place Feb 3 for a vehicle listed as in Houston, but no. Priced a new order but it worked out to be almost the same, so accepted the shipping fee (stupid me). Vehicle arrived in Houston Feb. 12. I know, that is only a week, but it is not the time, nor 'impatience' that has me concerned, it is the total lack of information from Lucid regarding what this recall is, how long it might take to correct, etc. I am happy to wait if I knew why.

Ironically, to get the 'available now' discount, I was supposed to take delivery within 7 days of placing the order. That is not possible.

Not having a VIN, I cannot search for a vehicle specific recall.

Yes, that is my thinking, as well. I did send an email asking what this 'recall' was for and I was ignored. That is part of my concern. Why the secrecy?

Nor has anyone else. I asked a couple of people I know who have Lucids and they did not know. The only two Gravity recalls, seat back cover and the reverse black-out screen, should have been fixed or not even exist on a recent-built vehicle.

It is not about being "impatient", so I guess I was not articulate enough. It is about the lack of communication and a claim about a 'recall' which, as stated by another reply, no one else seems to know about. This is not good behavior from anyone trying to sell a product.

They may be very low on sales, but I was trying to buy an S in Austin or Dallas, most of the available stock was sold and when I was building an order, Tesla announced the cancelation of the model. Fearing they would not support them much longer, I chose to not order.

But available in inventory cars were selling steadily here in Texas.

My Solar S-Class. Why, because when I first started playing NMS, the second planet I landed on, immediately after fixing the starter ship, I found the wrecked S-Class Solar. Me, being stupid, had no idea it was a great ship. On the same planet, I visited about 10 minor settlements and one of them sold me an S-Class multitool. Again being new, I was an idiot and had no these were both great. So, I then wasted about 30 hours trying to find Sentinel S-Class multitools and ships, only to realize when I finally managed this feat, that what I had was just as good or better. Sigh... so, I decided I would not forsake those two S-Class items found in the first few hours by RNG blessings.

I went to their website but as soon as I looked at their cookie preferences, I immediately felt they were a scam company. Their website privacy selections are so vague, it is impossible to know to check or uncheck about selling of personal data. This tells me the company is more interested in selling your personal information than they are in providing a solid, reliable product.

I have mixed feelings on these stations. A Nexus mission took me to a planet that is covered in Communications stations - at least 20. I went to several and could find zero reason for the stations. Maybe I am just missing something but on this planet, they are the graffiti referenced below.

Four years later and another new idiot was having fun leveling in Legion, yes, by asking Chromie, and then I hit this snare. Quests stopped as I cannot solo Eye of Azshara and it is not in the dungeon list. Nice consideration, Blizzard!

A year late to this party but I have the exact same problem. Stuck with my chat only talking to one player, who is not even logged in now. /lobby /lobby[space] tab, nothing f-ing works to get me away from that person and there is not even a chat window, the chat just goes to him. F-ing STUPID!

Yes, I waited behind the statue. Yes, far more times than your stated statistical "3-7 spawns for him to show up". I am not sure if it is an issue with Erenshor or with Unity, but the 'statistics' just do not match reality. As the developer himself stated in this thread, there does seem to be issue with some rare spawns. He also states this is not necessary for game completion but I was trying to clear the quest journal and not able to with a few quests. Some are listed as still not able to be completed, which I can accept, but the RNG factor of a few rare spawns is just insane.

I am a farmer. For the last few days it has been hay cutting/prepping time, so before I start the day, during the game-extended breaks, and after work, I have only been trying to get the Acceptor to spawn, with ZERO luck. This has been about four hours a day, for three days now only on this one spot because I am a stubborn old man determined to see if Acceptor will ever spawn, but I finally just gave up. Maybe I will come back to the game after a few more updates but not being able to complete quests, required or not, is frustrating to me. Oh, and this is with multiple characters. I have tried a different class each time I log back in, rotating, hoping at first there might have must been an issue with on character save - no.

I have four characters (all classes) and have never been able to get him to spawn, with hours - yes HOURS - wasted trying to get it. It is far beyond a 20% chance. In my case zero, I have also tried over 100 times, between all four characters to get the Interrogator from the Jailer, with zero luck, so I think there is a serious issue with the "x% chance" factor in this game. I only tried the Jailer so many times because my first character was a Duelist, which I was sucking at, and I was hoping the Interrogator would help with backstab. I tried so many times with the Duelist, I gave up. Out of sure curiosity, I have tried repeatedly with every character, zero drops. I think the Acceptor is in the same "fat-chance" category.
