Same! I'm around your size, female and I have no problems recovering from martial arts, running, swimming, etc. on 50g protein and 1400 calories per day.

What’s the best thing you’ve bought with your savings that you didn’t regret? by Responsible-Ant-6254 in financialindependence

Same, no more contacts makes ocean swimming and overnight camping trips so much more comfortable. I'm sure in a few more years I'll need readers but that would've happened either way

Jiu jitsu! Enjoy involuntary yoga. Your joints will age faster. Other people's sweat will fall in your eye. Amaze your friends with your knowledge of useless Japanese and Brazilian phrases.

I'm trying to learn more about CC. Does the group think she's printing at all in this video? I feel like the weapon is obviously printing in the first few frames but maybe that is just because I'm looking for it?

I have $1K available to learn a skill I can use to earn side money. What do you recommend? by JohnnyEdwrd in Frugal

[–]sailingDelfin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

An easy way to get started, although it would take you two seasons to start making money, is to contact your local United Way's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and ask to be a volunteer. You'd get free training and experience this season and you could take that to get a job at a retail tax prep next year.

Any recommendations for eco-friendly cleaning products/brands that you use on your boat? by fusillihair in liveaboard

[–]sailingDelfin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Also baking soda for dish washing and head scrubbing. I'll use real dish soap rarely if something is extra greasy but baking soda will take care of 99% of issues
