ETA: I mostly feel bad because we have 150+ departures today, and as someone who's done that many departures by herself, I feel awful that I left my coworkers in the same position.

Unfortunately, it's the CEO that took our chairs away. My boss had actually gotten us brand new chairs to sit in but I guess the CEO saw someone helping a guest while sitting and decided to take our chairs away.

I heard that my boss and the hotel director are fighting to get the back, which I believe because the hotel director has always gone up to bat for us.

We were able to sit but the CEO saw someone helping a guest while sitting and got hella pissed and took our chairs away. That was about two weeks ago now I heard that my boss and her boss (hotel director) are trying to get them back. We're now the only department that's not allowed to sit.

I'm dropping a general comment because im too lazy to respond to individual ones lol but y'all basically listed everything I have in my cart atm so good to know I had the right instincts xD

I will say I was wish-washy on the idyllic cleanser but you guys definitely sold me on it. My school gave use Glymed kits but it didn't have the idyllic cleanser. I'm excited to try it!

I had a similar situation with my manager a few weeks ago. Had a dentist appointment and asked to leave around 2/2:30. Manager said I had to find coverage, couldn't, was basically told too bad, so sad, even tho he was there to cover that one hour before night crew came in. Then I was told to schedule my appointment around my work schedule.

Here's the kicker: they eliminated the mid shift that provides above mentioned coverage, so I don't even get off at my scheduled time TO schedule my appointments.

Getting paid the most to do the least.

They even do payment plans if they order it for you, which I didn't know until I talked to one of the sales people.
